Our Process
Beginning Services
Once services begin, a BCBA will work with your child directly for the first couple of weeks. Along with the BCBA, a technician will be present to begin the process of building a relationship with your child. They will be trained on the implementation of an individualized behavior intervention plan and conduct therapy sessions. Once the behavior technician is able to implement the behavior intervention plan with accuracy, they will be conducting therapy sessions on their own with supervision.
Parent training
Throughout the process of creating a behavioral intervention and implementation plan, family feedback and involvement is encouraged. Once a behavior intervention plan has been created and implemented, a parent training can be scheduled with the BCBA to discuss, plan and elaborate on other areas of concern that have not yet been addressed.
